^{Welcome to our website!}  We have been Cruise Planners for over 8 years. During this time, we have become Master Cruise Counselors.  Continuing Education in the travel industry is vital to serving our clientele with expertise, therefore providing evaluation and honest advice for everyone.  This has given us the opportunity to make many new "cruise friends", many of whom have returned to us for more cruise adventures!  

Cruising has become a very popular vacation attraction.  Whether you are a couple on your honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary or other occasion, gathering your extended family, friends, or group for a reunion, we'll take as much time as you need to answer your questions.  Another growing sector is for those groups and companies who want to have their seminars at sea.  Meetings are held during "sea" days, and then you'll have ample time to enjoy the ship and ports of call!  Please ask us about these options and programs.

^{_{What sets us apart from other national agencies?}}     You will always speak to one of us!  Should we not be available, another accredited cruise counselor will be able to help you!  Don't be misled by a "call-taker" or advertisement from a company that may not give you the total booking fees.   We will always give you the TOTAL charges at time of booking..and we DON'T charge you for mailing your documents or for calling us to make changes with your booking!  Note:  This does not apply to imposed charges made by the cruise lines for changes. 

What do these agencies do to protect your rates should they be lowered by the cruise lines?  Will they recommend a better deal if one comes along?  Were you counseled and offered the best travel protection plan?  Were you qualified for certain promotions such as a Resident or Senior rate, past passenger?  Are you aware that you will be required to pay the difference at the pier should you be booked into a promotion for which you DID NOT QUALIFY?!  And were you advised on proper proof of citizenship needed for your itinerary, and where to turn for those qualifications?

If you've answered "no" so some or all of these questions, a big red flag should be waving in front of you!  You've worked hard to save money for a well-deserved vacation, so don't have it ruined by trying to save a few dollars for what may not have been the right choice for you, and more importantly, not a "bargain", "best-deal", "lowest rates in the industry" experience!
